what is the treatment for botulism in infants.

supportive Tx only in the form of
1 gastric lavage
2 cathartics
3 enemas
4 resp. support if distress
these steps can remove toxin if done early
never give antibiotics and antitoxin in infants coz of fear of release of toxin
