hello guys, can anybody plz help me with this plz, when is it we use PCN or amoxicillin in pneumonia. i am keep getting those questions wrong. sometime the ans say for grm + diplocci PCN resistence is high so avoid using it as doc, but other time it says as in outpt setting we can use PCN.
when do we ans 2nd and 3rd generation cepahlosporin?
