CAGE Qs for smoking also? - docindia - ArchivalUser - 03-22-2005

or only for alcohol abuse?

hi there...
cage only for alcohole abuse..

0 - ArchivalUser - 03-24-2005

are there any specific Qs for smokers?

0 - ArchivalUser - 03-26-2005

CAGE is NOT just for alchohol.

the CAGE questions may be used for any substance and/or addiction. They are general questions relating to dependency, not specific for only alcohol.

cheers

if you look at the CAGE questions, they can easily be applied for smokers as well.

The main reason you don't see it written for smoking, is because MOST smokers usually admit they are addicted, while alcoholics sometime have trouble admitting they have a problem....

i believe ..
it is waist of time to ask cage for smooking look after more importanat things//the sp will dirctly tell you ohh yes i smok..and this and that//upi dp not need to pull it out but he may not tell u that she or he is abused or have erection problem or has family problem make him depressed ...or even he is depressed..so look where the money is..
best of luck
