treatment in temporal arteritis. it takes couple of hours for esr to come. until than pt. can become blind.
i will draw blood and start steroid immediately after that.

yes , nimish is right, u don,t treat untill esr is done.

order esr
start preinisone po high dose
order biopsy with vascular consult
do not wait for esr or biopsy to start t/t order the testand start the t/t

No, saboo , if u start predinisone without esr , i will loose marks in cca.
In real practice u can do it , but not in exam. we have to follw certain protocols!
