26 yo nullipara just married and wants to have children.She has severe menorrhagia. on exam u find that her uterus completely deformed by fibroids and uterus felt under umbilicus and her Hb decreased to 8gm%. WOF u recommend:
1.Total Hysterectomy
2 Open myomectomy after controlling her anemia with
Blood Transfusion
3.Prescribe Iron tablets
4.GnRH agonists and then open myomectomy
5.Do a transcervical myomectomy
