Has anyone being asked for shadowing the resident in a pathology interview. If so, what is the expectation from the applicant
OR what kind of questions are being asked after shadowing.

I was asked but I have not done it yet. I think you should just follow the resident around.... I think it's an experience for you to benefit.....not a second interview. If they asked you to go back they probably liked you a lot and want you there.

Yes. It has been silent for a long time. I got another IV from Wayne state last week and just scheduled the interview time. Called some programs and was told they are still reviewing. This is quite unexpected because from my understanding this season should be mostly over by now.
