hello everyone
wish u all the very best of luck...with such stunning credentials no program will ever want to lose u
well i've a question...what do u think how much would an observership in USA help if one already has done his postgraduate training in path in home country...and as far as LOR is concerned wat if i manage to get an LOR from an american diplomat working in my country...
i'm very much frustrated...coz even after a year of toil i've not been able to get an observership in US,dont have contacts...have begged them but of no use...even spent hefty application processing fees but of no use...
if one has taken step3and has decent scores in mid nineties in other steps,has completed postgraduation at home country but no observership in US wud it be a real big deficiency or does he stand any chances of getting interviews from good places
please do reply...
i'll be very much obliged...though its bit irrelevant question here but i really need the answer that is observership in us or usce for that matter that important that a reasonable candidate wont be considered

I don't think it's really necessary to have an observership in the U.S,of course it's good to have one,but since you have good scores,pathology experience and passed step 3 you should be getting interviews from decent programs.have you tried to do some research in the States? do u have any publications?
