Some say 1st day the best, some say 1st week ok, some say that it doesn't matter.

thanks pat p
have your seen any program not considering all application and just reviewing 1st 500 -1000 applicants and call for interview from them or somethiing like that ?

Supposedly all applications are downloaded and reviewed no matter what, unless you don't make the first filter which could be anything. Thinking of the rejections of yesterday, Mercy and Wright, we can safely assume that the scores are not the first filter since no transcript available yet.

yeah.. mt sinai queens NY has it written on their website

thanks all
it means that i need to get oploaded even transcript and photo before applying
coz if they take 24-48 hours and i apply at the same time as uploading on mycomputer, then the application may look incomplete for 1-2 days, is that what happend with them ??

Wright must have rejected coz they don't sponsor any visas, only gc accepted!!

The programs cannot stop downloading an application, it might be consid incomplete, it will say pending docs, it is really up to them from then on (they could wait, send you email saying your application will be reviewed when complete and so on)
