i got from hcmc common letter but not hear from lubbock. puchoo can u tell me when was your interview and what response u got please

If you are receiving this letter, you are eligible for an H1b visa and we
intend to rank you in the upcoming match process. We have news regarding our
allotment of H1b visas, which may be important to you before you finalize and
submit your rank list.
Due to a new policy at Hennepin County Medical Center (which is the employing
institution for Hennepin-Regions Psychiatry Training Program), the psychiatry
residency will be able to support H1b visas for only two individuals who match
with us this year. If we match with more than two applicants who are
interested in and eligible for an H1b visa, we will offer the visas to the two
applicants highest on our rank list.
Of course, the usual J1 visas will be supported in unlimited number.
We thought it only fair that we advise you of this change in our hospital's
policy, as you may want to take it into consideration when you make your
program rank list.
