this thread doesnt make a lot of sense sometimes because psych applicants dont mention thet have got interviews etc, but just ask questions like anybody with ivs from so and so program etc.
anyways guess the difficult time is difficult for all.

INVITATION TO ENTRANCE EXAM
Thank you for considering our program here at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center or Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center. Our application process here is somewhat unique. We do not go through the match. We use a content based exam to determine who will be asked to return to JHMC or BUHMC for interviews for a PGY-I position. The following is an invitation to sit for that exam. While this is a disruptive process, the advantage is that it offers an early pre-match commitment. In addition, this year everyone who sits for the exam will automatically be in the running for a PGY-I position at both Jamaica Hospital Medical Center AND Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center “ regardless of where you made your original application so that you may be in a position to select between the two programs
