i am in the same situation. my entire application depend on step 3 result. i have applied on sep 1st and have not get any iv or rejection yet.. so i think they r waiting for step 3 result!!!!!

usually permit disappears before 1-2 days of score reporting OR when your eligibility period is over. mine was disaapear in last week.
