Not trying to make any point at all. Trying to figure out exactly how difficult it's gonna be this year and the next few years for visa needing IMGs! I wanted to see what my colleagues think about it!!

It seems a futile exercise -- now that all of us have invested so many years and put in all our efforts into this.
Even if its difficult -- backing out at this stage hardly seems a wise decision.
