a 4 mo baby develops cardiac failure an ddies. At autopsy, there are no obvious congenital defects, but the cardiacchambers are small and covered with thick white endocardium. Histo shows elastic tissue in thick fibrous endocardium. Which of the following intrauterine infxns was most likely responsible?
