4 years old boy is brought to you by his parents with chronic abdominal pain and fatigue. they moved to an old house one year back. CBC findings are
Hb:9 hematocrit: 31%

what will most likely show:

a. megaloblastic anemia with basophilic stippling.

b. normocytic normochromic anemia

b. hypochromic microcytic with basophilic stippling

c. schistocytes
