septic shock is hyperdynamic

cross paralysis = lesion in brainstem

hyperdynamic = septic shock = high CO, low SVR, PCWP low , mixed vein O2 high

hypodynamic = hhypovolemic shock ?

Early septic shock could be hypodynamic as well..
