Can you tell me where should we put our USCE? under clinical experience or under volunteering?
can you tell me how to write a letter to follow up/ show more interest about programs?

USCE should be put under volunteer experience.

I am so and so graduate from so and so. You can put your scores if high or anything that may be a strength US clin exp or age of graduation that is recent.
Be brief.
I interviewed with you days ago or sent an applications weeks back.
State the few things that you like about the program.
For those reasons, I have high interest in your program.
I plan to rank your program ver high
