FA 2001 and FA 2005..any much difference? - nrm - ArchivalUser - 06-03-2005 i'm studying from 2001 FA i took from a friend... i'm taking the exam in 2 months, and i've only started 1 month ago..so time is real tight....i'll mainly concentrate on FA and qbanks... do u know if 2005 version is better..do u think i should get it?? plz reply thanx 0 - ArchivalUser - 06-03-2005 anyone????? 0 - ArchivalUser - 06-03-2005 Of course the 2005 FA is better, can't be worse. I like the way they present the cases at the beginning of each subject. There are three columns in each one, first one gives the description, then the second one raise a Q, followed by the third one which is the answer. I got one 2001 from my friend. But I did purchase a 2005 right after it was released. I roughly compared the two, most of the contents are the same. I think it will be fine to use the old one. 0 - ArchivalUser - 06-03-2005 I would advise to buy the new one. There is a difference of 20 pgs approximately. If it was Kaplan I would say that even kaplan books from 2000 have not changed much. But FA I would definetly buy the newer version GL. |
