do all the programs in general surgery are pyramid programs ?
and what are the chances of getting into general surgery good program with H1 with scores of 90+

its pretty competetive. Especially for people who need a visa.I know one guy who had a double 99 on step 1 and 2 and he got prelim. generalsurg in some bad place!
Try doing some observership or externship that should improve ur chances.
