Yes I can hep u.......even jackson park hospital asked for it.....Just ask the program co-ordinator to recommend u the name of the insurance company....and then call that insurance company and they will ask u to send the check of round 1400 usd.......this insurance is valid for year ....Just ask them at my time it was valid for a year...... Even I did the similar way.....
