Anti-HBcAg IgMIt is produce after 2 month of the infection, after months the IgM is replaced for IgG (Anti-HBcAg IgG). The Anti-HBsAg IgG it show when HBsAg has disappear, meaning the acute phase is done.
More examples........
Chronic Hepatitis with high infectivity.HBsAg, HBeAg with low levels of anit-HBcAg, anti-HbsAg and anti-HBeAg
Vaccination..anti-HBsAg with no antiHBcAg, anti-HBeAg or viral antigens
If you know more examples, it will be nice if you share it.
