i am confused about these two concepts. tried to figure it out by reading different books but still confused. can anyone pleaes elaborate this?

here is the spectrum :

1)stable angina...ischemia on exertion... ST depression

2)unstable angina... ischemia at rest... ST depression

3)NSTEMI...non transmural infarct...cardiac enzimes present... ST elevation without Q wave

4) STEMI...transmural infarct... cardiac enz present...ST elevation with Q wave

( STEMI was previously called Q wave MI)

any corrections welcome plz...
