42 yr old man admitted to hospital with diagnosis of DVT.o/e he has b/l pittting pedal edema of lower extremities.serum albumin is 2.5g/dl.during further interview pt states that he had more colds than usual.24 hr urine analysis shows 4g of protein and no rbc or hematuria.if renal biopsy done on this pt what would be expected?
a)nrl glomeruli with fused epithelial process
b)cresents in glomeruli
c)tubular necrosis
d)mesangial cell proliferation
e)ab deposition in basement membrane
