s3 is one of the biggest thing in your CV the PD looks for.A PD feels secured to recruit a S3 passed candidate.
there are so so many AVERAGE program who prefer calling s3 candidates.
infact i know a few programs who initially kept the application on hold than gave iv to candidates as soon as they got s3 result
s3 is the biggest thing in my opinion

s3 requires dedicated study leaving no doubts in mind, aceing all concepts and taking ur knowledge and judgement to another level.
it also tests ur indurance as its a 2 days exam.
