PSA test has its limitations. When it is negative, 1 out 200 times the pt actually has the prostate cancer; when it is positive, only 1 out 5 times the Pt actually has the cancer.

Question, what is the relative risk of prostate cancer in pts with positive PSA test??

1. 1/1000
2. 1/40
3. 40
4. 1000
5. 39/200
