What do I need to register for STEP 3 in adition to my ECFMG certification date?
Are there any diference if I am out of USA?
Do they send you any letter to travel for the exam?

matusita, I am sure for step 2 CS but I dont know of anybody who got a letter from FSMB to help you get a visa. But you can try calling them or send them an email. If you get denied of a visa here, you can try in canada because i know that canada is the only other country where step 3 testing center is available.

Thanks, I called to FSMB and they told me they would send me a letter. If you are already inscribed do you know what does A- or O- mean in speciality box of the application form on line?
