what do they really see in FM?
does score in 90's or 80's preferred for FM?if the PD have a choice of applicants with 90's will they consider someone with score 80's and attemps?even though 80's falls in their selection criteria ..I doubt if they prefer some one with low score and visa seekers...if so many in high 90's applying for the same position......its frustrating..

Yep. Throw me into the Bamalama rejection pile.

matchus, it is frustrating. I'm probably one of the few people out there who is vocal about calling the family physician "shortage" a lie to the American people. There are thousands of us applying to the field and many of us are being rejected. If there is a shortage, put us to work already. I'm not spending the money in ERAS for fun, you know.

@ techgeek: I am with you,very very ironic,they say there's a shortage of Family Physicians and yet ....very frustrating ,can't study for step 3..
