so,you just graduated in 2008. And have 6 publications in Medicine and 5 Psych publications!!!
Even my attending doesn't have that many publications. How did you do that? R u employed in US? or those are published in your home country journals?

i applied on 1st late night around 11.. well i think time of application doesn't matter much .. if you have applied in first week, you are good.. and programs send iv's at different time.. you may still get iv from penn state.. Good luck
