Target99: Don´t be sad, there is still plenty time, just some few programs (most of them small) has started to give iv, and even those programs have not invited to all their candidates yet.

A friend of mine got residency there last year. Its 5 years with child psychiatry fellowship. I'm not in contact with her any more. But you check their web site for current residents and contact them. They willprabably give best information.
