Instructions for Writing a letter of recommendation for a International Medical Graduate/ ERAS applicant can be found at: http://www.aamc.org/students/eras/resources/downloads/lor_cover_img.pdf 698709853 - ArchivalUser - 08-25-2005 Yes , thats the answer. Thanks Docindistres. 0 - ArchivalUser - 08-25-2005 My question is what if I had lor with me and I myself sending it to ECFMG? 0 - ArchivalUser - 08-25-2005 These are the guidelines ..... i've taken them from ........ http://www.ecfmg.org/eras/ Three important points: The LOR should be addressed to: Dear Program Director, Dear Doctor, Dear Colleague, or To Whom It May Concern. It should not refer to a specialty. That way, you can assign it to every program to which you apply. If possible, it should include your AAMC ID or USMLE/ECFMG Identification Number Best Of Luck. |
