Dear Program Director. Instructions for Writing a letter of recommendation for a International Medical Graduate/ ERAS applicant can be found at:

My question is what if I had lor with me and I myself sending it to ECFMG?

These are the guidelines ..... i've taken them from ........ http://www.ecfmg.org/eras/

Three important points:
The LOR should be addressed to: Dear Program Director, Dear Doctor, Dear Colleague, or To Whom It May Concern.
It should not refer to a specialty. That way, you can assign it to every program to which you apply.
If possible, it should include your AAMC ID or USMLE/ECFMG Identification Number

Best Of Luck.
