@nila: After live fingerprinting, Yu immediately receive the form duly filled.
Yu can immediately go to usps / fedex and mail it to the medical board.
Its always better to do a live scan than to get the finger printing cards.

Thank u for kind reply.actually since i dont live in CA ,i had to send cards, so i donno how long it takes, till i get them and send to ERAS for programs!!!is there any short cut ?

Actually yes,
If yu dont mind, the shortcut is pretty expensive.
Yu can fly to sacramento..... and hand deliver your fingerprint form.
The cards may take tym back and forth.
This is how i did my fingerprinting.
