1 question about CCS - pinky6jan - ArchivalUser - 09-18-2010 Hello, 1) Does anyone know exactly how the CCS is graded? Uworld CCS says that an invasive test or delay in testing can deduct marks. What about tests which are neutral? 2) What about the order of approaching the case? will marks be deducted if the order is not correct? 3) Does anyone know how many marks can get deducted if we miss 1 or 2 steps? 3) What is the marks distribution between MCQs and CCS? Looking forward to some info about this Thanks 0 - ArchivalUser - 09-19-2010 1. if invasive test is not needed, it is bad . Keep simulated time low to get more points. 2. order of writing does not matter as long as we are putting orders at one simulated time . See this post on how to keep simulated time low in some important ER cases and unstable office cases http://www.usmleforum.com/showthread.php?tid=533132 3) depends on how crucial the step is 4) no one knows but many ppl say it is 25% but they say it is the most important to pass step 3 |
