Do we have to take STEP 3 within the 7 year period specified by USMLE? Does this requirement vary By State of Licensure? Very confused with what I am getting from the people I have asked so far. Its been pretty inconclusive.

most of states has 7 yr limit,read on fsmb website

If we get the licensure fromthe states that do not have the limitation will we be restricted to practice or do residency only inthose states?
