Are there programs which accept application without CS. I have passed Step1 and 2 ?

hi munna bhai....i would prefer u to apply as soon as possible without your cs result...because most interview slots are gone by the end of sept or start of october.....so hurry and apply irrespective of cs ....

But most of the program they need CS Result as their requirement? Should I just apply and see my luck?

dear....after september ... even though u will have cs result in november .... programs will say that they have interview slots .... then what will you do........once u send ur applications then as soon ur result is announced ......... programs will get it...............

Most programs need it before the Match and don't need it in order to consider you for the interview.
