What is that 7yr rule you are talking about? cud you please explain?

Yes. This varies from school to school and by state to state:
With most US schools you would have to have graduated within 7 years of matriculation. Some foreign medical schools also share the same rule. Some states say the same as well. As far as the USMLE you must complete all 3 exams within 7 years. Otherwise they would have to be retaken.
