Keep on trying and do not give up so easily. Never price yourself so low in this country; surgical assisitant, physician's assistant and medical assisitant positions are all beneath you as a physician regardless of where you obtained your medical degree. If you must look for job get into biomedical research (basic or clinical) and contribute your quota to the advancement of medicine. You will earn enough to support your family while making good professional contacts. Above all, you will maintain your dignity. Visit http://www.ikenga.com for details. GL.
