I always in dilemma to pick in b/n s.pneum and N.mening.As per goljan audio lectures 6mo-18yr it z N.menin,as per uworld it z strep.Pneumoniae.So anyoneone can clear me on this.

@ mariam this a case of bacteria meningitis and considering the age of the patient , the most comon cause of bacteria meningistis in this age group is strep pneumo
