your patient need to stay on abics bcz of urospesis
but he has at same time c dif
will u stop the abics or only u will start the meteronadazole

We will just add the meteronidazole.I m working in a hospital and I saw here doctors just add it but if they think it is o.k. to stop the previous antbiotics,they stop it but in u r case if pt. need to continue just adding is the answer.
