Dear all,
I wanted to let you know about the book Clinical Methods, its really good for preparing for Step 2 CS. It covers history, examination, and work up.

And its free! You can view it online, download the PDFs of each chapter, or you can download the entire book to your handheld computer if you have one.
Just wanted to share. I've found it really useful.

Although a bit too much 4 the CS, still very useful & detailed on-line book!
