if the program does not sent itinerary of iv, can we ask for one several days before the IV?

i think its perfectly acceptable to ask the itinerary...and any other questions pertaining to hotels, parking etc etc

in many cases, they do...the first invit email would be providing a pointer for that (like once confirm, i shall send you your schedule)
if they dont, then you should atleast ask the time by which you would be wrapped up with since you need to plan your travel accordingly!

guys, what is the difference between a traditional categorical pathway and a track (such as the international scholar program at UPMC for example)? could you give me any advice regarding this program?
