1) Kaplan TOEFL CBT with CD-ROM- original with minimal highlights
2) Textbook of Physical Diagnosis, History and Examination by Mark Swartz 4th edition with CD ROM (2002 latest edition!) -original, brand new without highlights or marks, still in its original wrapping
3) 2 CSA CD ROMs- these are copies
a) 41 cases and 15 videos
b) 20 videos, bonus materials for USMLE steps 1, 2, & 3
4) OSCE/CSA (2nd edition)- This is a bonus since it is quite used but you'll only use it just for this exam
