what is the best time to interview in a univ program which is my first choice

most of the university program dont break law by providing lots of prematch...

dont forget to ask , " how can I report to AAMC about your program breaking NRMP law and filling all seats with prematch." , " are you going to start any addtional position by offering me prematch if I decide not to report about you in AAMC/NRMP?".... nothing to lose by using nagotiating skills.... if he/she agrees you will get position... if not, you are going to forget about that program anyhow.
