Abnormal T waves and ST segments may also be seen in healthy individuals, including well trained athletes.

t wave inversion can b in normal population,left ventricular hypertrophy and also in ischemia..
i think ,we cant suspect anything just on this bases.
age ,presentations etc ,matter more
