i got a q in nbme form 1.
it asked ,if sup. and inf. mesenteric blood vessels were occluded which organ would be most effected
ascending colon, hepatic flexure, tranolon, splenic flexure ,descending colon

for ur q i think it is ileum b/c it is farthest away from either collaterals of celiac artery or inf. mesenteric
