PLS reply and help - secondwind - ArchivalUser - 02-24-2012

Hello friends,

This is my desperate call for advice. So please reply

FMG
Indian Citizen
Step 1 : 84/204 (first attempt)

Step 2 : 99/250 (first attempt)

Step2 CS: Pass first attempt

Step 3: Yet to take.

I was supposed to apply in 2010 match, I was in US at that time. unfortunately because of some family emergency i had to come back and could apply even for a single program. Once i came back due to depression i didnt even bother applying in 2011 and 2012. I had been working for the last 2 years in a reputed hospital.
Now I want to apply, can any one of you please advice me what my chances will be, i am trying either for IM or Peds
Plase help me make a clear decision so i can move ahead.

Thanks

when is YOG?
Your scores are good and you have been busy in clinical related work.
Try to get US clinical or research experience to get good recomm letters.
Your chances will be good - have to work hard.
Don't worry about things, sorry to hear about the other stuff.... most important is that you are working towards your goal/dream.
good luck
