SIRS- Systemic inflammatory response sy is caracterizd with:

1. fever or hypothermia
2. tachypnea
3. tachycardia
4. Leucocytosis or Leucocytopenia or bandemia

Patient meeting at least 2 of 4 criteria sre considered to have SIRS

SIRS due to Infection is SEPSIS which is associated with END-ORGAN DYSFUNCTION

1. oliguria
2. hypotension (BP
