Hey guys!
Should we avoid PAMHUGFOSS in case of terminal cancer patient? That makes sense indeed, but I am not sure.
please help me

Read the doorway information...
they gonna tell u if u have to take a complete hx or just ......whatever they said..

you have to take the complete history in such a case but make sure you address the following points:
- empathize
- address the issue of pain management
- family/ social support
- palliative care

if the patient starts crying.... offer him/ her a tissue
