1-you get nervous and tongue tied when you begin the encounter or even after you have asked initial 2-3 questions
2-During the practice you lose your vocabulary while conversing with the SP(your study partner)
3-you find difficulty in thinking of next appropriate question and you tend to ask, is there anything that you want to tell me quiet often during practice session
4-you persistently miss 3-4 important questions in data gathering
5-you keep over doing data gathering and rush the patient with physical exam and closure.
6- you are doing the counseling by saying smoking is harmful and it affects your health.
7- you are finding difficulty in empathizing with patient...you always end up saying I am sorry to hear that. I am here to help you.
8-you fail to pick up cues given by the SP and keep doing your encounter exactly the way first aid has done it
9-you are not able to type patient note on time and always make mistakes while rushing to finish it.
10-you are not able to share information regarding the tests and differential in layman terms

I am so certain that my technique-'Behavior Modifying Constraint' works...that I offer my course with money back guarantee if you don't pass this exam.
Any one taking my course need not even read first aid or uw as I have developed my own charts and plans for this exam....which make things darn simple......you just have to understand it once and be it any case---- low energy, sudden shortness of breath or epistaxis or even odd unexpected cases like not feeling self..., one can do in a very lucid way....
This technique even helps you make differential diagnosis in a jiffy, something which you can use once you get in to residency....Do not ignore my post thinking its just another tutor advertisement... my method is time tested and extremely beneficial....take a session and decide.
meet me on skype.
