hi ,
for scramble wat will be more beneficial to have observership and uslor or step 3 score..Guys I need a visa...

Observership with US LOR definitely carries more weight.
On the other hand without Step 3 you cannot get H1 visa.

I would love to answer, but I can't because I am working for one of such companies.
And of course it is great is extremelly reliable SmileSmile smiles

But seriously, if you are considering a company, call and talk to them, see how you feel. Ask for references and talk to them too.

Feel free to call and ask for candidates from last years information and also you can get receipts for all your faxes, and emails sent make sure you have a strong legal contract so if there is any discrepancy you can get your money back
