i think left renal vein more then right renal vein,

i think rt vein more because since there is rt renal artery stenosis ===> decrease blood flow to rt kidney (juxta glomerular aparatus) which respond by secreating renin ...

and the renin secretion by the left kidney is low cos of negative feedback
