1) a 3 yr study is planned to asses the incidence and etiology of respiratory diseases in 574 pple more than 60 yrs old .the study pop has 2 groups ...1 group cares for children under 5 yrs and the second group dus not care for children.at the onset of resp illness cultures and serological studies are performed .wht is the study design?

2) 15 yr old girl come sto the physician bcoz her lft breast is larger than the right breast .breast devlopment began 2 yrs ago..menarche has not yet occured...examination confirms her complaints .her lft breast is in tenner stage 4 while her rt breast is in tanner stage 3 ..wht is teh appropraite intervention?

a) reassurance
b)psychological evaluation

Hey guys !!!!
with q 2 she is a 15 yr old girl and doesnot have menarche. how can you sit just reassuring her? i think she should be treated with estrogen.
What do you feel?

based on what dr goljan said if the girl has secondary sexual characteristic it is nl up to 16 yrs if pt has no menarche, and all women have asymmetrical breasts ,gl
